Star Arvizo, Bruder von Gavin ist angeklagt seine damalige Freunidn mit der Waffe bedrohht zu haben und mhreren Fällen der Körperveletzung, sie ins Auto gesperrt zu haben, ihren Kopf gegen das Cockpit geschlagen zu haben, sie gezwungen zu haben ihre letzten Gebete und Worte zu sagen. Sie kommte schließlich entkommen und erstattete Anzeige.Es soll zahlreiche Gewalttägigkeiten von Arvizo gegen sie gegeben haben bevor sie Anzeige erstattete.
Es gibt übrigens kein Zweifel das es der "Star Arvizo" ist, ersichtlich aus den Gerichtsauzügen wo Geburtsdatum etc. angegeben. Das Verfahren ist laufend. Ich verlinke mit dem Thread der MJJC wo die Gerichtsauszüge ersichtlich sind.

Waldorf woman assaulted, threatened at gunpoint

A Lorton, Va., man was charged Nov. 9 for first degree assault, three counts of second degree assault, and reckless endangerment against a Waldorf woman.
The victim told police of several instances where she was physically assaulted by Star David Arvizo, 25, who she says is her ex-boyfriend,
according to the application for statement of charges document written by the victim.
On July 4, Arvizo allegedly pulled out a handgun, placed the barrel on the victim’s head and mocked her, saying “say your prayer” and “any last words,” according to police records.
While the woman accused Arvizo of assaulting her on several different occasions, it was an incident that occurred on the night of Oct. 31 that finally caused her to end their relationship and press criminal charges against Arvizo, according to court records.
On that night, the woman told police that Arvizo had been drinking heavily and allegedly forced her into the passenger seat of his car, slammed her head into the center console, and placed her into a headlock, chocking her for several minutes for being resistant, according to court records.
She was eventually able to escape from the car when it came to a stop and called the police after running away.
The court issued a writ of summons to Arvizo on Nov. 9.
