genau deswegen hatte ich den Text übersetzt, bis her nichts als heiße Luft, da die Verteidigung bisher noch nicht alle Aussagen der Zeugen vorgelegt hat = 21 Aussagen liegen vor. Und die Staatsanwaltschaft fordert die Verteidigung per Gerichtsbeschluß auf ihren Pflichten nach zukommen
Von diesen 103 Zeugen hat das Volk nur Aussagen oder Hinweise betreffend 27 Personen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Somit hat das Volk noch keine Zeugenaussagen von der Verteidigung für 76 potentielle Zeugen der Verteidigung erhalten.
In weiteren Analysen dieser 76 Zeugen der Verteidigung, sind 21 Zeugen, für die das Volk, die Aussagen der Zeugen der Verteidigung, während des Ermittlungsprozesses bietet.

LOS ANGELES, CALIF.-Attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray, who is scheduled to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter in the case of the death of Rock Superstar Michael Jackson, say they intend to rely on witnesses from Jackson's inner circle. They intend to use those witnesses to portray Jackson as a desperate drug addict who was always looking for the drug that killed him.
Through the use of witnesses close to Jackson, they will put forward the claim that Jackson injected himself on the night of his death. Witnesses they want to call include long-time friends, the nanny of his three children, and medical providers.
One of the witnesses that they want to call is Karen Faye Jackson's make-up artist. She previously told detectives that Jackson was "was weak, extremely thin and seemed to be under the influence of drugs" a weak prior to his death. She related to detectives that Michael had told her he didn't think he could do the 50 week tour arraigned for his comeback. Another friend, Susan Etok told a similar story to police and also said that Jackson had asked her to help him acquire propofol as well as other drugs.
They intend to call Grace Rwaramba, the nanny to her children, who was fired two months before his death for complaining of his drug use, had on several occasions attempted to arraign interventions on his behalf as well.
Murray's attorneys also plan on calling Arnold Klein to the stand. Klein was giving Jackson propofol for insomnia to counteract the side effects of the painkiller Jackson was receiving while rehearsing for his comeback tour.
Murray's attorneys have a long list of medical providers that Michael Jackson approached for propofol prior to his death. Many of whom Jackson offered to pay whatever they wanted for the drug.
Prosecutors, David Walgren and Deborah Brazil, deputy L.A. County district attorneys, have asked to bar much of the testimony of other medical providers on the grounds that, "None of these individuals was caring for Michael Jackson on the night of June 24, 2009, or the day of June 25, 2009, and none of these doctors was present with Michael Jackson when he died of acute propofol intoxication."
Dr Conrad Murray's trial is set for September. Jury selection is scheduled for September 8th.

Thalia das ist aber eigentlich nur wieder eine Auflistung von Zeugen, die Verteidigung möchte und was sie glauben was sie aussagen könnten. Ich denke wir sollten die Ergebnisse der heutigen Vorladung abwarten, was das Gericht bezüglich der Anträge (auch von der Staatsanwaltschaft wegen Ausschluss) evtl. heute entscheidet.

Offenbar beabsichtige man, die Mitglieder des innersten Zirkels um den King Of Pop als Zeugen zu laden. Enge Mitarbeiter und Freunde sollen laut der ‘Los Angeles Times’ bezeugen, dass der Sänger ein verzweifelter Drogenabhängiger war, der ständig "auf der Jagd" nach jener Droge gewesen sei, die ihn auch umgebracht habe.
Den Papieren, die beim Gericht in Los Angeles eingereicht wurden, sei ferner zu entnehmen, dass eine Reihe von Jacksons Vertrauten vorgeladen werden sollen, darunter langjährige Freunde, Apotheker und sogar das Kindermädchen seiner drei Kinder, Grace Rwaramba. Sie war zwei Monate nach dem Tod des Sängers im Juni 2009 von der Jackson-Familie gefeuert worden, nachdem sie sich über Jacksons Drogenkonsum beschwert hatte.
Heute wäre Michael Jackson übrigens 53 Jahre alt geworden. Deswegen sind dessen Kinder in Begleitung seines Vaters nach Gary im US-Staat Indiana gereist, um das Haus zu bersichtigen, in dem Jackson als Kind lebte.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Prosecutors want the judge in the trial of Michael Jackson's last doctor to exclude or limit the testimony of 26 witnesses Dr. Conrad Murray's defense lawyers said they might call.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will hear their arguments Monday afternoon, just over a week before jury selection in the trial is set to start.
Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter for the June 25, 2009 death of Jackson, who would have turned 53 Monday.
Deputy District Attorney David Walgren filed a motion Friday arguing that a detective who investigated sexual molestation allegations against Jackson in 2003 should not be allowed to take the stand in Murray's trial.
"The current case should focus on the events surrounding the medical care provided to Michael Jackson by Conrad Murray," the prosecutor wrote. "The case should not be allowed to deteriorate into an unfair, unwarranted, and irrelevant attack on the deceased victim."
Jackson was acquitted on the charges after a trial in Santa Barbara County, California.
Prosecutors also want the testimony of several doctors who treated Jackson in his last months to be limited or excluded completely.
"None of these individuals was caring for Michael Jackson on the night of June 24, 2009, or the day of June 25, 2009, and none of these doctors was present with Michael Jackson when he died of acute propofol intoxication," the prosecution said.
Judge Pastor has indicated he would keep the trial limited to what happened the last several days of Jackson's life. His decisions on the prosecution's request to limit these witnesses should indicate how tightly the judge will limit the defense arguments.
Other witnesses the defense has said it wanted to call but the prosecutors want to exclude include John Branca, the lawyer who became executor of Jackson's estate after his death.
Prosecutors are demanding that defense lawyers, who have not interviewed Branca, explain Why his testimony would be relevant to the Murray case.
Jury selection is scheduled to begin on September 8, with opening statements expected to be heard on September 27. Lawyers estimate the trial will conclude in early November.
If convicted on the involuntary manslaughter charge, Murray could face up to four years in prison.

Ich denke der Richter hat einige gute Entscheidungen getroffen:
Im Prozess darf nichts vom 2003 er-Fall verwendet werden, es dürfen auch keine Aussagen verwendet werden, die sich mit der Medikamentengabe in 2003 oder einem evtl. Besitz auf Neverland befassen, da es für 2009 irrelevant ist. Dr. Klein und seine Assistenten sind nicht als Zeugen zugelassen, allerdings dürfen seine Behandlungspapiere verwendet werden.
John Branca wird nicht als Zeuge zugelassen, da die finanziellen Verhältnisse für den Fall irrelevant sind.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Michael Jackson's sexual molestation trial is "no-go territory" for defense lawyers in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, a judge ruled Monday.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor, however, rejected the prosecution's request that he not allow testimony from several doctors who treated Jackson in the months and years before his death.
Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009, death of Jackson, who would have turned 53 Monday.
The defense wanted to have a Santa Barbara County, California, detective testify about drugs found at Jackson's Neverland estate during a search related to the sex charge.
"In particular, it is relevant to the defense that Michael Jackson possessed both propofol and Demerol in his residence as early as 2003," the defense said in a motion filed Monday.
Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney David Walgren argued testimony about drugs Jackson possessed in 2003 "has absolutely nothing to do with the standard of medical care" Murray gave Jackson the day he died on June 25, 2009.
Bringing up anything about the molestation trial, which ended with Jackson's acquittal, would be "character assassination on the victim," Walgren said.
Defense lawyer Ed Chernoff, in a hearing Monday afternoon, assured the judge that he did not intend to question the detective about the sex charge, but only about drugs he found in his search.
"In particular, it is relevant to the defense that Michael Jackson possessed both propofol and Demerol in his residence as early as 2003," the defense said.
Murray's defense lawyers want to argue that Jackson was addicted to the painkiller Demerol and was undergoing withdrawal from the drug when he died, Chernoff said. He said he expects the prosecution will say he "merely liked Demerol" and was not addicted.
Jackson's "past drug adictions, use desires, possessions" is relevant, Chernoff said in court.
Pastor ruled that the events were too far in the past for this trial and could mislead the jury.
"Anything having to do with the year 2003, any incident with Neverland, Santa Barbara, medical doctors, fundamentally is irrelevant," Pastor said. "It proves absolutely nothing with regard to the year 2009."
Pastor ruled that Beverly Hills dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein could not be called to testify about giving Jackson Demerol shots. Testimony about Jackson's visits to Klein's office in the days before his death could lead the jury "down the path of prescribing to Dr. Klein some sort of criminal culpabilty in the death of Mr. Jackson."
However, Klein's medical records can be used in the trial, he ruled.
Two of Klein's office employees also cannot be called as witnesses, he ruled.
Prosecutors in the trial of Murray, Jackson's last doctor, had asked the judge to exclude or limit the testimony of 26 witnesses Murray's lawyers said they might call.

das hört sich erst mal alles gut an, dass es hier wirklich nur um das geht, was in dieser letzen Nacht geschah, und dass keine Schlüsse gezogen werden sollen aus angeblichen Abhängikkeiten in den Jahren zuvor. Und dass Pastor es völlig ablehnt, den Fall von 2003 mit reinzubringen, weil es ein "Anschlag auf den Charakter des Opfers" wäre, ist auch klasse.

Ich denke das heißt es so nicht. Der Versuch der Verteidigung MJ eine Abhönigkeit von Demorol anzuhängen ist vom Tisch, da kein Demorol im Körper gefunden wurden. Ärzte, die MJ mit Propofol schon früher behandlet haben werden gehört. Ist Tracey eigentlich überhaupt auf einer Zeugenliste aufgeführt?

LOS ANGELES -- The judge in the upcoming trial of Michael Jackson's doctor ruled Monday that the defense cannot call any witnesses to testify about the child molestation investigation that led to the pop star's trial and acquittal in 1995.
Prosecutor David Walgren argued that lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray were seeking to engage in character assassination of the victim in the involuntary manslaughter case.
"The people are concerned about this trial deteriorating into an attack on Michael Jackson," Walgren said.
The hearing took place on what would have been Jackson's 53rd birthday.
Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor barred a half-dozen witnesses related to the molestation case, including the police detective who headed searches of Jackson's Neverland home in Santa Barbara County in 2003. The judge said such testimony would be distracting and misleading for the jury in Murray's trial and is irrelevant.
The judge said he was barring any mention of the molestation case because, "It proves nothing regarding the year 2009," when Jackson died.
Defense attorney Edward Chernoff said he was seeking testimony that in the past Jackson had been addicted to the painkiller Demerol.
Chernoff repeated a previously stated defense position that the pop star was addicted to that drug and was withdrawing from it when he died of an overdose of propofol and other medications in June 2009.
Walgren, however, said Jackson's autopsy found no Demerol in his body.
The judge effectively blocked the Demerol defense when he also excluded the testimony of Dr. Arnold Klein, a dermatologist blamed by the defense for giving Jackson Demerol. Pastor said written reports on Klein's statements could be used but neither the doctor nor his assistant will testify.
Walgren argued that the defense was seeking to transfer responsibility for Jackson's death to Klein. The judge appeared to agree with the prosecutor.
"The calling of Dr. Klein does raise the issue of third party culpability," the judge said, noting jurors would become distracted by that issue.
Opening statements in the trial of Murray are scheduled to begin on Sept. 27. Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, could face up to four years in prison if convicted.
Authorities allege he gave Jackson a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol and other sedatives in the bedroom of his rented mansion on June 25, 2009.
In court on Monday, Chernoff suggested that Jackson was desperate for sleep and turned to propofol because he was withdrawing from Demerol.
Pastor said he would permit two other doctors and a nurse to testify about their interactions with Jackson regarding propofol. One was a dentist who used Murray's office for a dental procedure on Jackson in which he administered propofol.
Outlining the planned defense for the Houston-based cardiologist, Chernoff reiterated that he would claim Jackson self-administered the drug in a desperate quest for sleep.
Also barred was the testimony of Tohme Tohme, a one-time Jackson manager who negotiated the contracts for Jackson's ill-fated "This is it" concerts, and John Branca, the co-executor of Jackson's estate. Pastor has said Jackson's finances won't be discussed at the trial.
The judge ordered lawyers back to court Sept. 6 to finalize jury questionnaires which will be handed out beginning Sept. 8.
He said in-court questioning will begin Sept. 23 with each side allotted 20 minutes to question each jury prospect.
When Chernoff suggested that time was too short, the judge said, "Counsel will have the most comprehensive jury questionnaire I've ever seen, perhaps the most comprehensive one ever. You will know from that who they are and what they are thinking."

sagt mal, wisst ihr etwas darüber, dass die Zeugenauswahl nicht am 08. sondern schon am 06.09. beginnen soll ? 
Fröschen und Andrea haben sich mit amerikanischen Fans unterhalten und die meinten der 06.09. wäre aktuell. Aber der Termin ginge ja immer hin und her.
Ich denke wir sollten die Ergebnisse der heutigen Vorladung abwarten, was das Gericht bezüglich der Anträge (auch von der Staatsanwaltschaft wegen Ausschluss) evtl. heute entscheidet.

Das scheinen ja "nur" die Zeugenvorschläge/-wünsche der Verteidigung zu sein ohne eine entsprechende Entscheidung darüber, wer nun wirklich aussagen soll/darf, wenn ich das richtig verstehe.
