    Here are her notes from inside the courtroom.

    June 25
    1:30am Court learned through evidence that Murray began treatment
    2:00am valium pill administered
    3:00am Intravenous diazebeem, IV of benzso
    5:00am other treatment
    7:30am other drugs through IV
    10:40-11am infusing with propofol..at some point he ceases to breathe and dies after that
    MJ dead before paramedics arrived


    Only 2 pepople in room at the time— MJ and Dr. Murray
    11:51am call- lasted 11 mins..witness heard noises at other end of phone
    Likely Conrad Murray who realized MJ was not breathing.
    12:12pm Call by Murray to Michael Emeer Williams, security, saying he needs help..left a message.
    12:15pm Williams returns call and Murray says MJ had a bad reaction.
    Williams calls another member of security who is not at house.
    12:17pm Williams then calls Alberto Alvarez who is in second trailer outside house, checks permission to go in house, goes upstairs to MJ’s bedroom.
    He Sees MJ on bed, Murray doing one handed CPR on the soft bed.
    Murray reports MJ had a bad reaction and asks Alvarez to collect medical evidence.
    Prosecution says Murray has still not called 911 at this point.
    12:21pm Alvarez told to get a bag and Murray collects medical bottles, and IV bag etc., as told and only then is he told to call 911.
    Possible that Murray waited 20 minutes to call 911...MJ could have been dead before noon.
    12:26pm Paramedics treating MJ on site. MJ’s Eyes fixed and dilated and he was cool to touch. He flatlined so heart action taking place. MJ dead...no observation of appropriate equipment for treatment with propofol, according to paramedics.
    Asked Murray about underlying medical condition.
    Murray asked what drugs he had given...doesn't mention propofol
    Prosecutors says this could have been useful.
    UCLA medical center advised futher care on MJ useless..they in contact with paramedics.
    1:07pm Paramedics transport to UCLA with MJ
    1:13pm Arrive in ER room.
    Doctors at hospital only asked Murray what he treating MJ for. Mentioned on drug, valium and flomax..no mention of propofol to UCLA doctors.
    Doctors still tried to bring MJ to life.
    2:26pm Dr. Cooper at UCLA pronounced MJ dead.
    Murray had conversation with security personnel at hospital.
    Detectives question Murray next day and then learned of propofol.
    Autopsy - acute propofol intoxication

    OMG, ich dachte nur ich verfüge über einen solchen Galgenhumor, liebe Gemeinde, ... kriminalistischen Untersuchungen.


    Der Mann ist ABGEBRÜHT bis ins LETZTE, dem trau ich jetzt ALLES zu. Alles Berechnung! Genau wie sein Besuch am Grab. Und ich wüsste ZU gerne, ob die Begebenheit im Flugzeug nicht auch gestellt gewesen wäre. WENN man DAS nachweisen könnte, könnte man auch fast zu 99,8 Prozent auf Hintermänner schließen. Mir wird grad übel ....

    Meine Meinung: Murray ist ein eiskalter Killer (und da ändert auch sein immer aufgesetzter treuer Hundeblick nichts dran). Diese Tat wurde bestimmt vorher genauestens durchgesprochen und geplant. Murray soll als völlig inkompetent rüber kommen, damit das Strafmaß niedrig bleibt, oder er ganz ohne Strafe davon kommt. Denn gegen Doofheit kann ja bekanntlich niemand etwas. Man hat Murray für diese Tat ausgesucht und gezwungen. Murray hatte es zu erledigen, hat irgendetwas dafür bekommen und jetzt heißt es Klappe halten, schnell durch.

    Doctor Conrad Murray claims it's been hard for him to watch Michael Jackson's mother Katherine grieve over the death of her son ... because he "loves" her like his own mother.


    Murray was out shopping at Nordstrom in Santa Monica yesterday -- hopefully looking to replace the awful paisley tie he wore on the first day of his manslaughter prelim -- when he told photogs, "It's hard to see [Katherine] grieving ... I care about her as much as I care about my own mother."


    O-Ton M.: "Es ist hart für mich anzusehen, sie leiden zu sehen (Katherine) ... Ich bin besorgt um sie wie um meine eigene Mutter."


    Murray added, "I love her very much."

    Das wäre auch eine Möglichkeit. Eben las ich in einem anderen board er sei ein Idiot, das ist nicht strafbar. Vielleicht ist das seine Strategie.     Es geht einfach darum, ein Urteil herauszuschlagen, dass möglichst NIEDRIG ist, so entgeht er evtl. dem Gefängnis, oder kriegt auf Bewährung eine niedrige Strafe, und muss überhaupt nicht rein. Dass man ihn gänzlich von aller Schuld freispricht glaub ich nicht, dazu hat er zu verantwortungslos als Arzt gehandelt. Aus der Nummer kommt er m. E. nicht mehr raus. Aber das reicht ihm wahrscheinlich. Er wird nach dem Prozess ein schönes Leben haben.

    Conrad Murray soll Schuld an Michael Jacksons Tod sein – jetzt droht dem Arzt der Prozess. Besonders belastend ist vor allem die Aussage von Jacksons Sicherheitschef.

    Als der 80 Jahre alte Art Flowers im vergangenen Jahr in den Nachrichten von der Anklage gegen seinen Arzt Conrad Murray hörte, konnte er es nicht glauben. „Er hat mein Leben gerettet“, sagte Flowers, der mit einem Herzinfarkt zu Murray gekommen war, bestürzt einem Reporter der New York Times. Dass Murray das Leben eines anderen vorsätzlich oder auch nur fahrlässig beendet haben könnte, Flowers reagierte fassungslos: „Ich kenne ihn als einen gütigen Menschen und ausgezeichneten Mediziner.“


    So wenig plausibel es dem alten Flowers auch erscheinen mag, es sprechen immer mehr Indizien dafür, dass Conrad Murray am Tod seines berühmtesten Patienten unmittelbar beteiligt war. Zu Beginn dieser Woche begannen vor einem Landgericht in Los Angeles die „vorläufigen Anhörungen“ gegen Murray wegen mutmaßlichen „unbeabsichtigten Totschlags“ im Fall Michael Jackson. Nach den ersten Zeugenaussagen liegen die Dinge nicht gut.


    Bereits im vergangenen Jahr gab Murray zu, dass er dem King of Pop auf dessen Wunsch hin kurz vor seinem Tod das Medikament Propofol intravenös verabreicht hatte. Propofol ist ein Anästhetikum, das zur Betäubung vor Operationen verwendet wird. Jackson nutzte es hingegen zur Bekämpfung seiner offenkundig massiven Schlafstörungen.


    Vor den aktuellen Anhörungen hatte Murray allerdings beteuert, dass die Dosis, die er Jackson gegeben hatte, nicht tödlich gewesen sein könne. Und sein Anwalt stellte die gewagte Behauptung auf, Jackson habe sich entweder den Todesschuss selbst gesetzt oder ein unbekannter Dritter sei im Raum gewesen und habe Jackson die letale Spritze gegeben.


    Amateurhafte Herzmassage


    Faheem Muhammed, der Sicherheitschef Jacksons, der am Montag aussagte, mochte diese Theorie weder bestätigen noch widerlegen. Seine Aussage belastet Murray dennoch. Nachdem man ihn gerufen habe, berichtete Muhammed, habe Murray schwitzend und offenbar außer sich am Bett von Jackson gesessen. Dann habe er entgegen jeglicher üblichen Praxis auf einer weichen Matratze eine Herzmassage durchgeführt. Und erst 20 Minuten später habe Murray einen Notarzt gerufen. Als die Sanitäter eintrafen, habe er ihnen nichts von der Propofolgabe gesagt. Jackson, sagte der rettende Sanitäter aus, sei zu diesem Zeitpunkt tot gewesen.

    Conrad Murray, 57, Arzt und Kardiologe, arbeitete seit 2006 für die Poplegende Michael Jackson. Seit 2009 war er als dessen persönlicher Leibarzt engagiert, während sich Jackson auf seine kommende Comeback-Tour vorbereitete.


    Am 25. Juni 2009 soll Murray dem unter Schlaflosigkeit leidenden King of Pop wie über viele Wochen hinweg ein starkes Betäubungsmittel verabreicht haben. Stunden später wurde Jackson in einem Krankenhaus in Los Angeles für tot erklärt. Murray wurde am 8. Februar 2010 wegen fahrlässiger Tötung angeklagt. Eine gerichtliche Anhörung soll nun klären, ob es zum Prozess kommt.


    Entgegen der Intentionen des Prozessrechtes ist für Murray jedoch die Anklage schon eine Vorverurteilung. Dennoch wird Murrays Verteidigung argumentieren, dass Jackson Selbstmord begangen hat. Man wird versuchen nachzuweisen, dass die Dosis, die Murray Jackson verabreichte, nicht tödlich war und dass Jackson sich den Todesschuss selbst gesetzt hat. FR




    Allein diese Aussage dürfte für eine Anklage gegen Murray ausreichen. Denn Zweck der vorläufigen Anhörungen ist es, zu demonstrieren, dass ein hinreichender Verdacht besteht. Mit einer derart groben Verletzung der ärztlichen Sorgfaltspflicht ist ein solcher Verdacht wohl gegeben. Zudem sagte ein Bodyguard Jacksons, Murray habe ihn aufgefordert, medizinisches Material verschwinden zu lassen.


    Bleibt die Frage, was den gütigen, kompetenten Mediziner, den Art Flowers kannte, dazu trieb, derart die Kontrolle zu verlieren, seine Kunst zu vergessen und gegen besseres Wissen ein tödliche Medikamentendosis zu verabreichen?


    Murray, der in ärmsten Verhältnissen auf der Karibikinsel Grenada aufwuchs, war in ein extremes Abhängigkeitsverhältnis zu Michael Jackson geraten. Denn bevor Jackson ihn im Frühjahr 2009 für angeblich 100 000 Dollar pro Monat zu seinem Leibarzt ernannte, stand der Arzt am Rand der persönlichen Insolvenz.


    Jackson sollte den Arzt retten


    Mehrfach schon war er wegen ausstehender Rechnungen für die Miete seiner Praxisräume in Las Vegas und Houston vor Gericht zitiert worden. Mehr als 630 000 Dollar wollten die Gläubiger von ihm haben. Auch wegen offener Alimentezahlungen an die Mütter seiner Kinder war er unter Druck geraten. Immer wieder hatte der beruflich tadellos beleumundete Mediziner außereheliche Affären, aus denen Kinder hervor gingen, zuletzt mit einer Krankenschwester aus Los Angeles und mit einer Stripteasetänzerin aus Vegas. Sieben Kinder mit sechs Frauen hat Murray mindestens gezeugt.


    Als Michael Jackson im Frühjahr 2009 auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten bei Murray anrief, weil Jacksons Sohn Prince während eines Aufenthaltes in Las Vegas krank geworden war, erschien dies Murray wie eine glückliche Fügung. Der Anruf aus dem Nichts war die Lösung aller seiner Probleme, erst recht, nachdem Jackson ihn für seine bevorstehende Tournee anheuerte.


    Mittlerweile wird Murray diesen Schritt wohl dutzendfach bereut haben. Allem Anschein nach war der Herzspezialist aus Las Vegas von dem Popstar abhängig. Murray hatte wohl einen großen Anreiz dafür, seine Loyalität gegenüber Jackson nicht zu gefährden, statt seiner ärztlichen Sorgfaltspflicht zu genügen.


    Nun gibt es nur noch wenige, die Murray für einen gütigen Arzt halten. Die Michael Jackson Fans, die sich täglich vor dem Gericht in Los Angeles versammeln, fordern Rache für ihr Idol. Und der anklagende Staatsanwalt will mit seinem beeindruckenden Zeugenaufgebot „absolut sicher gehen“, dass es zur Anklage kommt. Doch gleich, wie der Schuldspruch von Los Angeles letztlich lauten wird: Den Ruf als der Mann der Michael Jackson umbrachte, wird Murray wohl nie mehr los werden.

    Kenny Ortega Testimony


    - Kenny says around the time of MJ's death he was attending rehearsals 4 times a week, his schedule was to come late afternoon and he spent 6 hours maximum at rehearsals.


    - Kenny says that he met Murray in April or May 09 (soon after Kenny started to work at TII), he was introduced to Murray by Michael at Michael's house.


    - In the cross Kenny says he doubts even if TII was bad it would affect his reputation.


    - Kenny says he doesn't know who called the June 20 meeting and says heads of AEG wasn't there. (We already know that the people at that meeting were MJ, Murray, Kenny Ortega, Frank Dileo and Randy Phillips)


    - Karen Faye : This is the questions that defense asks Kenny : "Do you remember having a conversation with Karen Faye after the meeting? Do you remember telling Karen Faye of reading Michael the riot act? Do you remember telling Karen Faye not to placate Michael? Did you advise Karen Faye in any respect in regard to how to treat Michael after this meeting? Did you discuss with Karen Faye any thing regarding how she should treat Michael?" Kenny responds No or don't remember to this questions.


    - Kenny says Michael missed a series of rehearsals (a week) in early June. He says this made him worried because everything needed Micheal's decision and/or approval and without it TII couldn't move forward.


    - Kenny says on June 25th Michael was supposed to arrive to rehearsals around 4:00-4:30 PM.


    (Kenny also mentions taking TII to international places (India and Japan) and Michael wanting to direct with Kenny after TII)



    Michael Amir Williams testimony


    - Williams say that at the house there were 2 security 24/7 to open the gate and screen everyone that comes in.


    - Williams say that he met Murray in early 2008 in Las Vegas.


    - Williams say that it was regular pattern for Murray to be at the house when they came from rehearsals and that he would stay the night.


    - Williams say on June 24th Michael went to rehearsal around 6-7 PM , MJ was in great spirits and wanted to be there on time. He says the rehearsal ended past midnight. They drop Michael off as always and Williams went home.


    - Williams say he was at his house when Murray called. Faheem had left MJ's house to go to the bank and Alberto Alvarez was at the front door.


    - Williams say that no security/no staff was allowed upstairs perhaps with the exception of housekeeping to clean.


    - Children's nanny is identified as "Rosalie"


    - Williams describes the scene at the hospital : Doctors working on Michael behind a curtain, the kids are waiting in a room. Security and nanny is waiting outside in front of the room. Murray and doctors come out , tell them Michael is dead. Murray, Dileo and Williams walk into the room where the children are. Prince tells them "make sure to tell the doctors daddy's allergic to X, Y". Frank tells them "your daddy had a heart attack and died". Murray says "don't tell them that (heart attack?). We don't know".


    - Williams say that he discussed Murray's request to go back to MJ's house with Faheem and decided to say "police have our car keys". He also says he called the security detail at the house and said "don't let anyone in, don't let anyone out".


    - In cross examination member's of security's connection to Nation of Islam and "Security Measures" is questioned. He says the housekeepers and 3-4 of the security wasn't related to NOI.
