    Und bei den kommenden Grammys wird es einen MJ-Tribute und dem Off The Wall-Album geben. Miguel performt "She is out of my Live". Greg Phillinganges, der Original-Keyboarder beim Song wird ihn begleiten.




    Miguel will translate his smooth moves into an homage to the King of Pop
    at the GRAMMY Awards this year, with a performance of an Off the Wall
    highlight at next week's ceremony.




    According to Billboard, the R&B star will perform "She's Out of My
    Life" to commemorate the upcoming reissue of Off the Wall, as well as
    Spike Lee's new documentary about the 1979 classic album. Greg
    Phillinganes, the original keyboardist on the song, will back Miguel
    during the performance.



    The MJ tribute joins several other tribute performances at the GRAMMYs
    this year, including Lady Gaga's ode to David Bowie, a Lemmy tribute and
    a Glenn Frey tribute featuring members of the Eagles. Lionel Richie will also get saluted by an all-star cast of performers.

    Michael Jackson lives on. The Grammys paid tribute to the King of Pop with a stirring performance by Miguel.
    The R&B crooner thrilled the house with MJ’s classic “She’s Out of My Life,” and was joined onstage by the song’s original keyboardist, Greg Phillinganes. As images of the late icon appeared on a screen above them, they honored MJ with the Off the Wall classic.
    “It’s really hard to believe that it’s been more than 35 years since Michael won his first Grammy for a song from Off the Wall,” Miguel said before presenting the nominees for Best Rock Performance. “It’s an album that broke down barriers in pop music and it’s now the subject of the new documentary by the legendary Spike Lee.”
    Jackson, who passed away in 2009, has a rich history with Music’s Biggest Night. During his illustrious career, MJ won 13 gramophones. He holds the record for most nominations in one year (12) and most Grammy wins in one night (8), a title he shares with Carlos Santana.

    Für alle, die es interessiert: In den Kinovorstellungen wird die Doku leider nicht mit deutschem Untertitel gezeigt. Ich gehe nun davon aus, dass auch die DVD nicht untertitelt sein wird, was ich ehrlich gesagt nicht verstehen kann.

    Danke für deine Mühe. Dann wird es wohl so sein, dass die DVD auch nicht untertitelt ist. Finde ich auch unmöglich.
