Darf ich mal fragen ob diese Elissa Fleak wirklich schon eine Zeugin der Verteidigung ist? Die spielt doch eher der Staatsanwaltschaft in die Hände. Oder . Weil auch wenn die Michael wie einen Drogenabhängigen darstehen lassen wollen dann ist das sicher für Murray nicht besonders hilfreich wenn er Michael dann so vollgepumpt hat. Ich versteh nicht was die damit bezwecken wollen. Na ja, ich muß ja auch nicht alles verstehn.

Here are her notes from inside the courtroom.

TIMELINE:

June 23rd 2009..MJ normal routine to Staples Centre..rehearsal fabulous
June 24 same routine good rehearsal at staples..MJ optimistic
Returns home at 1am June 25th
Murray’s BMW car in driveway according to security
MJ dropped off at home

June 25
1:30am Court learned through evidence that Murray began treatment
2:00am valium pill administered
3:00am Intravenous diazebeem, IV of benzso
5:00am other treatment
7:30am other drugs through IV
10:40-11am infusing with propofol..at some point he ceases to breathe and dies after that
MJ dead before paramedics arrived

Only 2 pepople in room at the time— MJ and Dr. Murray
11:51am call- lasted 11 mins..witness heard noises at other end of phone
Likely Conrad Murray who realized MJ was not breathing.
12:12pm Call by Murray to Michael Emeer Williams, security, saying he needs help..left a message.
12:15pm Williams returns call and Murray says MJ had a bad reaction.
Williams calls another member of security who is not at house.
12:17pm Williams then calls Alberto Alvarez who is in second trailer outside house, checks permission to go in house, goes upstairs to MJ’s bedroom.
He Sees MJ on bed, Murray doing one handed CPR on the soft bed.
Murray reports MJ had a bad reaction and asks Alvarez to collect medical evidence.
Prosecution says Murray has still not called 911 at this point.
12:21pm Alvarez told to get a bag and Murray collects medical bottles, and IV bag etc., as told and only then is he told to call 911.
Possible that Murray waited 20 minutes to call 911...MJ could have been dead before noon.
12:26pm Paramedics treating MJ on site. MJ’s Eyes fixed and dilated and he was cool to touch. He flatlined so heart action taking place. MJ dead...no observation of appropriate equipment for treatment with propofol, according to paramedics.
Asked Murray about underlying medical condition.
Murray asked what drugs he had given...doesn't mention propofol
Prosecutors says this could have been useful.
UCLA medical center advised futher care on MJ useless..they in contact with paramedics.
1:07pm Paramedics transport to UCLA with MJ
1:13pm Arrive in ER room.
Doctors at hospital only asked Murray what he treating MJ for. Mentioned on drug, valium and flomax..no mention of propofol to UCLA doctors.
Doctors still tried to bring MJ to life.
2:26pm Dr. Cooper at UCLA pronounced MJ dead.
Murray had conversation with security personnel at hospital.
Detectives question Murray next day and then learned of propofol.
Autopsy - acute propofol intoxication

Court will hear from medical experts...extreme deviation from expected standard of care...

Asked--would you rather go home..he said would u be ok with that..Ortega said absolutely.

Ich hätte noch das Protokoll vom ersten Tag der Voranhörung (das wurde hier im Thread gepostet, weiß leider nicht mehr von wem) und leider nur in Englisch

Wenn ich es einstellen soll dann bitte nur sagen. Übersetzen kann ich es leider nicht vielleicht würde sich aber wer finden

11.51 Uhr Anruf - dauerte 11 Min. .. Zeuge hörte Geräusche am anderen Ende des Telefons

Wahrscheinlich Conrad Murray, der realisierte, dass MJ nicht mehr atmete.

12.12 Uhr Anruf von Murray zu Michael Amir Williams, der Sicherheitsmann und sagt, er braucht Hilfe .. eine Nachricht hinterlassen.

12.15 Uhr Williams ruft zurück und Murray sagt MJ hatte eine schlechte Reaktion.

Williams fordert ein anderes Mitglied der Sicherheit an, der nicht im Haus ist.

12.17 Uhr Williams ruft dann Alberto Alvarez, der im zweiten Sektor vor dem Haus ist, prüft die Erlaubnis, ins Haus zu gehen, geht nach oben zu MJ's Schlafzimmer.

Er sieht MJ auf dem Bett, Murray macht einhändig CPR auf dem weichen Bett.

Murray berichtet, MJ hatte eine schlechte Reaktion und bittet Alvarez medizinische Beweise zu sammeln.

Staatsanwaltschaft sagt, Murray hat an dieser Stelle noch keinen Notruf abgegeben.

12.21 Uhr Alvarez sagte, er habe eine Tasche bekommen und Murray sammelte medizinische Flaschen und Infusionsbeutel usw. ein, wie gesagt, und erst dann wurde der Notruf abgegeben.

Möglich, dass Murray 20 Minuten gewartet hatte, bevor er den Notruf anrief ... MJ war vor der Mittagszeit bereits tot.

12.26 Uhr Sanitäter behandeln MJ vor Ort. MJ's Augen fixiert und erweitert und er war kühl, als man ihn berührte. MJ ist tot ... keine Beobachtung der entsprechenden Ausrüstung für die Behandlung mit Propofol laut Sanitätern.

Murray wurde befragt, was er an Medikamenten gegeben hatte ... Propofol nicht erwähnt

Die Staatsanwaltschaft sagt, dies könnte sich als nützlich erwiesen haben.

UCLA Medical Center berät die weitere Bearbeitung von MJ .. Kontakt mit Sanitätern.

13.07 Uhr Sanitäter transportieren MJ zu UCLA

13.13 Uhr Ankunft bei Notaufnahme.

Ärzte im Krankenhaus fragten nur, was Murray als Behandlung verabreichte. Er erwähnt diverse Medikamente, Valium und Flomax .. keine Erwähnung von Propofol zu UCLA Ärzte.

Ärzte versuchten noch, MJ zum Leben zu erwecken.

14.26 Uhr Dr. Cooper im UCLA bestätigte MJs Tot.

Murray hatte Gespräch mit Wachpersonal im Krankenhaus.

Ermittler fragten Murray am nächsten Tag wegen Propofol.

Autopsie - akute Propofol-Vergiftung.

Gericht wird medizinischen Sachverständigen hören ... extreme Abweichung vom erwarteten Standard der Behandlung ...

Wenn ich mich so in die Lage von diesen Bodyguard versetze kann ich mir das schon erklären. Der kommt ins Zimmer sieht Michael und weiß ja garnicht ob Murray schon den Notruf verständigt hat. Der ist sicher (denk ich halt) davon ausgegangen das Murray das schon erledigt hat.

Leider kenn ich mich nicht besonders gut aus mit diesem Thema, aber sind Medikamente nicht schwerer nachzuprüfen um so länger man wartet? Ich meine jetzt das Murray sich vielleicht deshalb Zeit gelassen hat und jede Minute nutzte bevor er den Notruf verständigte.

Mich würde auch interessieren wann dieser Katheder entfernt wurde und von wem. Von Murray oder den Sanis? Der Sanitäter sagte nichts vom Katheder oder?

Wegen den Videobändern könnte ich mir auch gut vorstellen das Michael selber die Kameras ausschaltete. Ich weiß nicht, aber könnte doch sein. Er wollte sicher nicht das solche Aufnahmen von ihm existieren (Vorrausgesetzt er hat sich Propofol wissentlich geben lassen, wovon ich aber aus gehe)

War das nicht so das KO am 25.6. schon im Staples Center war und Randy Phillips auf dem Weg Michael zu den Proben abzuholen als sie die Nachricht bekamen?

Im Moment weiß ich garnichts mehr.

Dieser Satz ist mir aber auch nicht ganz geheuer. Das hört sich so an als ob es normal gewesen wäre das Michael nach den Proben noch gegessen hat. Für mich bedeutet das, das es ihn schon bei der Rückkehr nicht ganz so gut gegangen sein kann.

Edit: War jetzt Murray mit bei den Proben??? Weil si da ja auch in der Mehrzahl spricht.
